1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason. The period begins on the day of receipt of the product.

2. Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:

• Notify us of your decision to withdraw (e.g., by email or mail)
• Return the product in its original condition, unopened and unused
• Send the product to the address we will provide you

3. Return Costs

Return costs are borne by you, unless we have informed you that we will bear the costs ourselves, or if you received the product by mistake. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

4. Money Refund

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. You will receive the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the product back or proof that you have sent the product back.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist in the following cases:

• If the product is made according to your specific wishes or is personalized
• If the product is by nature related to health and has been opened
• If the withdrawal period has expired

6. Damages and Errors

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. In such cases we will bear all return costs and provide a replacement or money refund.
